" Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore " is a touching and poignant movie which speaks to both sexes about the power of equality and the struggle for independence.

Wonderful gem and unique among Scorsese's films, " Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore " surprised me with its humour and humanity. Ellen Burstyn's performance is great, and the young boy gives one of the best child performances I've seen.
