Great read. This book took some unexpected twists and turns. I enjoyed the characters and the plot line was interesting. I wished the foul language had been excluded along with the love scenes. Reading this novel was a delightful way to learn a piece of history I was unfamiliar with.

I loved the way Fletcher connected the two plotlines and settings through the different characters. A great read that kept me on the edge of my seat!

An interesting premise, but the writing just wasn't that good. It felt very flat and forced, and the people didn't seem real at all, especially the conversation.

A gripping and moving account of little-known post-WWII events in London. Well worth the read.
