Findaway World Llc

From coast to coast and around the world, Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum novels continue to make best-selling history each summer.

In the 13th book in the series, the stakes are raised even higher as Stephanie Plum finds herself in her most dangerous, hilarious, hottest, chase yet. With her lovable, offbeat family along for the ride (as well as a few new faces), there's no doubt that the Stephanie Plum novels put the "fun" in dysfunctional. And it's clear to see why they're called "Hot Stuff" by the New York Times — and why Evanovich herself is called "the master".

I thoroughly enjoyed the book. Any book that makes me laugh out loud more than once gets 5 stars from me. These are great books to listen to rather than read. The voice inflections from the reader is sometimes what makes it funny.

A fun series to listen to. In this episode, there are more antics by Stephanie and cohorts.

The continuing saga of Stephanie-Joe-Ranger rages on in this book, when Stephanie is under suspicion of murdering ex-husband Dickie. I love the push and pull, and handing off of Stephanie too and from the men in her life. This book gives greater insight into the inner workings of Rangeman, and I adore the interplay between Ranger and his merry men when they're responsible for taking care of Stephanie.

These books, narrated by Lorelei King, are wonderful introductions to books on CD. There were many moments when I laughed out loud at the funny bits while listening in my car. I'm only sad that there aren't more than 18 of these books to listen too.
