I enjoyed listening, but I agree the lists and toolkit at the end would be easier to reference from a print copy of the book.

Very good on audio. I would recommend borrowing both the audio and the book to refer to when the author goes through lists. Difficult to do when driving!

Very interesting book. Makes you start thinking outside the box. I do found the book a bit simplistic with emphasis that motivation is the only way to excel. The last half of the book is a toolkit that somewhat repeats of the concepts of the first half. All in all, good read.

This book will help you understand some of the motivators in people. Great case studies and examples of how you might use motivation in your workplace.
