Most of these projects are not beginner friendly. Either they use a lot of tools (such as different punches) that are a bit much to expect someone just starting out to have, or they use higher level skills (turning the washi into 3D shapes). That said, there are some nice projects that are easy, such as pantry jar labels, there just aren't a lot of them.
