Anna Fox lives alone--a recluse in her New York City home, drinking too much wine, watching old movies...and spying on her neighbors. Then the Russells move into the house across the way: a father, a mother, their teenaged son. The perfect family. But when Anna, gazing out her window, sees something she shouldn't, her world begins to crumble--and its shocking secrets are laid bare. What is real? What is imagined? Who is in danger? Who is in control? No one--and nothing--is what it seems.

This lives up to its hype. A definite page turner filled with numerous twists - which you find yourself questioning. Is she really seeing what she thinks is seeing - after all she is drinking - yes drinking in abundance - and taking multiple prescriptions - also in abundance. So is this real or is it not. Just get involved and keep reading and wait to find out how this all turns out. This has all the parts the old black and white movies had that kept our attention years ago... This keeps right up with "Girl on a Train" and "Rear Window". Movie coming soon.
